Delivery

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For more details, see individual items.

For commissions and custom pieces, you will be given a timescale when you receive pricing.

Delivery time

All mail is sent via Royal Mail.

UK delivery should take between 2-5 working days after dispatch.

European delivery is sent via Standard International post and should take between 3-5 working days after dispatch.

  • Please note that due to COVID-19, delays have occurred and mail may take an extra few days to arrive safely to your destination.

  • Due to disruptions and temporary bans on all imports from the UK into selected countries impacting Royal Mail and other carriers, we will not be taking international orders until further notice.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Payment options

We accept payment via Paypal or Stripe.

They keep your payment information secure, and we never receive your credit card information.


Returns & exchanges

Refund policy

If the product is damaged or faulty, please email shop@elpldn.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can help you accordingly!

If you're looking to return an order that isn't damaged or faulty, we only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If this is the case, please email shop@elpldn.com within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
